As an organization, we proud and pleased to announce the JEFFERY O HURLEY SR. SCHOLARSHIP through TRPM. Applications must be in before January 7th, 2026, and the winners will be announced at the annual April 2026 TRPM event. This scholarship is open to all members in good standing.
